Who we are — and who we are not

SafeBetting.co.za is an independent information and review website. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets or deposits, and we do not hold a gambling licence because we do not provide gambling services. All betting takes place on third-party operators' platforms under their terms.

• Content on this site is general information, based on our own testing and cited public sources at the time of writing. It is not financial advice, and no outcome of any bet is ever guaranteed — by us or anyone else.
• Operator details (bonuses, fees, payment methods, processing times) change without notice. Always confirm current terms on the operator's own site before depositing.
• Licence information we publish reflects the cited source on the stated verification date. Re-check licences yourself before registering — we show you how.

Intellectual property

Our original content (text, test data, tables) may not be republished without permission. Bookmaker names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site.
